Quo Vadis?

Antonio Gramsci was an Italian communist before WWII. From jail he
penned the prescription for bringing down industrial democracies.
Strong institutions such as churches, schools. and government had to
be infiltrated by the left and rotted from inside. The purpose was to
create moral confusion and get people to think backwards.
Step-by-step a country would be weakened until it was ripe for
partisans to establish the socialist utopia.

If Gramsci were alive today, he'd be very pleased with the handiwork
of the American left. Consider some of these concepts emanating from
the left:

Gay marriage is swell ... the Ten Commandments are bad ... four-time
murderers should be given clemency and a Nobel prize ... this war
isn't winnable ... schools are the ultimate moral authority for your
kids, not parents ... the U.S. should spend billions on social
security payments to illegal immigrants and their families.

That short list is direct evidence that millions of minds have already
turned to mush.

Fortunately, millions of Americans reject those concepts and can still
think straight. Which way will it go? Which way will you go? "Quo
Vadis?" is how they used to say it.

The price of freedom is eternal vigilance. What are our pastors and priests really saying. What is really going on in our public schools? What do political party leaders really mean?

Did I mention that the socialist utopia was totalitarian? Somehow I know that if the utopia ever does come, it won't be pretty.
